Shop Worn condition – What it means…
Grip: Always a high quality grip.
Shaft: Few signs of any wear or use. No bag wear.
Face: Perfect sharp grooves with scoring lines and paint fully intact.
Sole: May have a few brush marks but nearly perfect.
Woods Top/Crown: Little, if any, signs of wear or use. Paint is near perfect.
Irons Topline/Body: Maybe a scratch or two from being in a bag with other clubs.
Excellent (8)
Clubs in Excellent Condition have had very limited use. They may have a few scratches if you look closely but will still look like the newest club in most bags.
Excellent Condition - What it means..
Grip: Always a high quality grip.
Shaft: Slight signs of wear or use. Graphics ARE still in place. No bag wear. May have a few paint chips from rubbing against other clubs but are otherwise structurally perfect.
Face: Polished look of Like New but with slightly more signs of play. All of paint-fill still in the grooves.
Sole: Polished look Like New but with a bit more wear. Light wear from where club has brushed through the grass in play.
Woods Top/Crown: Minor signs of wear from normal use. Paint may have a small scratch or chip, but they will be barely visible.
Irons Topline/Body: Few cosmetic scratches from rubbing against other clubs but medallions and overall condition is great.
Very Good Condition (7)
Clubs in Very Good Condition have been played with and cared for in an appropriate fashion. The markings that you will likely find on Very Good Condition products will show typical wear of models of its age. All of the wear is purely cosmetic, and will not in any way affect the performance of the club. NOTE: Some irons and wedges are designed to rust over time. This is not considered adverse wear.
Very Good Condition – What it means…
Grip: Always a high quality grip.
Shaft: Graphics are still completely visible and little, if any, bag wear.
Face: Normal scratches from shot impacts that will not affect performance. Grooves are still sharp and in great condition.
Sole: Normal scratches from a couple of seasons of use. These scratches are common for the polished soles on most Golf woods. Scratches and wear consistent with steady use but no dents or damage that will affect the weight or structural integrity of the club.
Woods Top/Crown: Might have some small chips or scratches but will not be visible without close inspection.
Irons Topline/Body: Scratches and wear consistent with steady use but no dents or damage that will affect the weight or structural integrity of the club.
Value Condition (6)
Clubs in Value Condition have been played frequently. All clubs in Value Condition are in 100% playable condition, as all of the markings will be purely cosmetic blemishes, and in no way will affect performance. This is the perfect option for the player looking for more bang for the buck. NOTE: Some irons and wedges are designed to rust over time, and is not considered adverse wear.
Value Condition – What it means…
Grip: Always a high quality grip.
Shaft: Graphics may be worn off in places and paint may have worn away. Shafts are still in perfect working condition.
Face: Grooves will have typical wear from frequent play and nicks that will not affect playability. Paint-fill in grooves may be worn or missing in places.
Sole: Typical scratches from heavy use but no imperfections that will affect performance. Such scratches are common on polished soles with most Callaway Golf painted woods. Paint may be missing in areas.
Woods Top/Crown: May have ball marks or pop-up marks where the paint meets the crown. Paint chips more prevalent in areas from rubbing against other clubs in the bag but no dents or damage that will affect performance.
Irons Topline/Body: Normal scratches and nicks from rubbing other clubs that affect appearance, but not the playability of the club.
Any product of condition 1-5 or that would not fall under any of the above conditions is not listed. We do not offer products of lesser quality to our customers.

All Packages are protected 100% until the merchandise is delivered. All Shipments times are quoted in business or shipping days, One Day, and Second Day services are not available to deliver holidays or weekends. Most orders completed by 9AM PST (3PM EST) ship out same day! All other orders will be processed and fulfilled within one business day. Drop Ship products and orders completed on Saturdays require additional processing time.**Due to package size restrictions from carriers, some large or bulky items (such as carts, bags, travel cases, and hitting nets) may require additional shipping charges. Exchanges:
- Place new order – This option is best for customers who want to get their exchange faster. You simply will place a brand new order for the new item you want. You will be responsible for any applicable shipping on the new order (exchange). However, you will have two charges outstanding until we receive the return.
