The Rogue ST MAX Fairway Wood model will fit a wide range of players who want speed, forgiveness, and all-around performance. It’s a mid-launch offering with slight draw bias. The MAX model features a new progressive shape to appeal to a wide range of golfers. This is our widest Rogue ST offering, featuring models from a 3W through 11W.

Our policy is to strive for the best possible combination of price and service for your shipment.  All Packages are protected 100% until the merchandise is delivered.  All Shipments times are quoted in business or shipping days, One Day, and Second Day services are not available to deliver holidays or weekends.  We are not responsible for products after delivered from our shipping provider.  Orders totaling over $500 will require signature for delivery by UPS. If customer would not like a signed delivery service, please contact customer service.

Due to increased Internet fraud, we may require proof of card ownership for select orders.  Before processing such orders we may request a credit card statement with the name, billing address, and last four digits of the credit card number. 

Orders over $99 *Free Ground Shipping. 

Orders under $99 include an $8.99 flat rate standard shipping service.

Processing Times

Most orders completed by 9AM PST (3PM EST) ship out same day! All other orders will be processed and fulfilled within one business day. Drop Ship products and orders completed on Saturdays require additional processing time. 

**Due to package size restrictions from carriers, some large or bulky items (such as carts, bags, travel cases, and hitting nets) may require additional shipping charges. The additional shipping charges for oversized items will vary depending on the size and will be combined with the regular shipping fee in the shipping charge box at checkout.

3) Are you returning the club you purchased after 60 days and/or have clubs that you would like to trade in? TURN YOUR USED CLUBS INTO NEW EQUIPMENT

Returning clubs that were purchased used or shop worn need to be returned within 30 days and will occur a minimum 10% restocking fee.

Puetz Golf offers free return service, with prior approval; otherwise customer will pay the freight charges on the return. NO C.O.D. freight charges will be accepted. Credit for original shipping charges may be issued if the product was damaged, defective, or if the incorrect item was shipped. In some instances, a call tag may be issued.

 

Exchanges:

  1. Place new order – This option is best for customers who want to get their exchange faster. You simply will place a brand new order for the new item you want. You will be responsible for any applicable shipping on the new order (exchange).  However, you will have two charges outstanding until we receive the return. Once we receive the return and assure it is in new/unused condition, we will refund the full amount of the original order.
  2. Standard Exchange – We will wait to ship the exchange until we receive the returned item. Once we receive the return and assure it is in new/unused condition, we will ship the exchange item out. This will take longer, but you will not have two charges outstanding.  Note: Using the standard exchange method, Puetz Golf cannot guarantee exchange item will be in stock upon arrival due to unpredictable inventory levels. To improve likelihood that you'll receive the product you want, we recommend placing a new order for that item and sending back the unwanted product for a refund. Should you return your original purchase requesting an exchange and the product you want is out of stock, we will issue a refund for the amount of the original order.

With Exchange options, refunds for shipping charges from the initial purchase will not be made and Puetz Golf is not responsible for the return shipping and associated costs.
