Payment Option Policies

Puetz Golf reserves the right to decline any transaction for reasons it deems necessary.

Please note that when paying with a credit or debit card, the Billing Address provided during Checkout should be the address on file for that credit or debit account.

When Will I Be Charged?

You will be charged for your order when it ships.

Please note, orders with multiple items may be split into multiple shipments. Because we charge for items when they are shipped, this may result in multiple charges. The total amount charged should add up to the amount displayed with the order was placed.

If the order contains a pre-order item(s) you may be charged before the item(s) ship.

If you pay with a credit or debit card, the payment is authorized and the funds are held by your financial institution at the time the order is placed to confirm the card is valid. This authorization hold is not a charge to your account. If your order is canceled, the authorization hold will expire in accordance with the terms of your financial institution, typically within three to five business days.

If you pay with a Gift Card, eGift Card or Rebate Certificate, the payment amount is deducted when the order is placed. If you cancel your order, we will send you a new one or the amount will be added back to the original card number.

Sales Tax

State and Local Sales Taxes

In accordance with applicable state and local laws, we are required to charge sales tax in localities where Puetz Golf operates. Puetz Golf does not benefit from the collection of sales tax and we remit all taxes collected directly to the appropriate taxing jurisdiction.

As a general rule, it is the laws of the state of delivery that determine whether sales tax will be due on your transaction.

The terms contained herein are subject to change as the taxation of online transactions is continually evolving. Puetz Golf strives to comply with state and local tax laws as they exist currently and continues to monitor and update its taxation policies as those laws change.

States Where Puetz Golf Collects Sales Taxes

Orders with billing addresses in Washington will have all applicable state sales tax added to your total order, and to related shipping and handling charges where appropriate.

States Where Puetz Golf Does Not Collect Sales Taxes

Puetz Golf does not collect sales or use tax in any state but Washington.

We do not charge sales tax on the purchase of Gift Cards; however, items paid for with Gift Cards will be taxed if shipped to addresses in the states or regions mentioned above.
