In every calendar year, as a Preferred Puetz Golf Member and part of the Puetz Golf Difference, you are entitled to return your club purchase that has been used, for a (Mulligan) club credit, full 100% in-store credit, or e-gift card for online purchases on any non-sale or non-clearance hardgood** purchase* within 60 days from the original purchase, or from the time of receiving your order.
You can only take advantage of the Mulligan Program once after the original purchase; any subsequent returns will be handled through Puetz Golf’s 60 Day Playability Guarantee or trade-in program. If your purchase does not qualify for mulligan program it can be handled under the 60 Day Playability Guarantee or trade-in program.
We want you to have the best clubs for your game. That's why even clubs returned within the 60-day threshold can only be exchanged for new clubs, no cash, credit back to credit cards, PayPal or amazon payments will be issued.
Returning club within 60 days:
-Qualifying purchases are determined by those items on the original receipt, and are subject to only those items.
-Sale or clearance club(s) do not qualify for mulligan program.
-To receive full product credit, all parts, accessories, literature, tools and head covers (if applicable) must be returned with the product.
-All clearance and closeout hardgoods being returned within 60 days of purchase will be returned with a minimum 25% restocking fee. These clearance and closeout returns will be issued in-store credit only or e-gift card for online purchases. Learn More->
Returning after the 60 day period:
Not to worry, if more than 60 days have passed, you’ve lost your original receipt and cannot be found in POS system or you’re returning clubs beyond the first time, we’ll take them back. Please reference our trade-in program to learn your club’s value.
Only one mulligan can be used in a calendar year:
After the one Mulligan is used, (in that calendar year),All subsequent hardgood club purchase returns that have been used and that were purchased within 60 days will be subject to a minimum 25% restocking fee as mentioned by our 60 Day Playability Guarantee or for purchases returned after 60 days refer to our trade-in program.
EXCLUDED FROM MULLIGAN PROGRAM:
- ➼ Any sale, clearance, pre-owned, demo, shop worn or used clubs
- ➼ Extreme value items
- ➼ Limited availability items
- ➼ Package sets and junior sets
- ➼ Clubs showing excessive wear, abused or damage (See PGA Value guide for description of damaged or abused example.)
* All clearance and closeout hardgoods being returned within 60 days of purchase will be returned with a minimum 25% restocking fee.
**Hard goods include: Drivers, fairway woods, hybrids, individual irons, sets of irons, wedges and putters.
***Credit back will be issued in form of a club exchange, in-store credit, or e-gift card(online orders).
****Upcharges for shafts and grips will not be calculated in mulligan credit.
The club must not be altered in any way, including, but not limited to, shaft or grip changes and must exhibit only normal wear.
Puetz Golf is not responsible for the return shipping and associated costs.
Refunds for shipping charges from the initial purchase will not be made. Any shipping discounts allowed on the initial purchase will be charged to customer and reduced from the final value of the store credit or e-gift card issued for any returned items.
NOTE: The Mulligan program is valid for domestic orders only.
Puetz Golf reserves the right to rescind or alter the Mulligan Program at any time.
