Return Policy

Puetzgolf.com and Puetz Golf Superstores offer a 60-day return or exchange on most products purchased via this site. Quality merchandise and low prices has been our trademark.  Our ultimate concern is your 100% satisfaction.

If you are not satisfied for any reason, you may return the item to us for a full refund if it is:

  • ➼  New and unused
  • ➼  In its original packaging
  • ➼  Accompanied by the packing list/receipt provided with the order

 

The following products may NOT be returned:

  • ➼  Special orders
  • ➼  Custom/Personalized orders
  • ➼  Merchandise that has been used
  • ➼  Videos, DVDs or Software that have been opened; or
  • ➼  Items not purchased at puetzgolf.com or a Puetz Golf Superstore.

 

Returns must be initiated within 60 days of your receipt of the merchandise. Exceptions may apply for gift purchases. For your convenience, any item purchased at puetzgolf.com can be returned to any Puetz Golf retail store.  Please note, original shipping charges are not refunded.

Returning clubs that were purchased used or shop worn need to be returned within 30 days and will occur a minimum 10% restocking fee.

Puetz Golf offers free return service, with prior approval; otherwise customer will pay the freight charges on the return. NO C.O.D. freight charges will be accepted. Credit for original shipping charges may be issued if the product was damaged, defective, or if the incorrect item was shipped. In some instances, a call tag may be issued.

 

Exchanges:

  1. Place new order – This option is best for customers who want to get their exchange faster. You simply will place a brand new order for the new item you want. You will be responsible for any applicable shipping on the new order (exchange).  However, you will have two charges outstanding until we receive the return. Once we receive the return and assure it is in new/unused condition, we will refund the full amount of the original order.
  2. Standard Exchange – We will wait to ship the exchange until we receive the returned item. Once we receive the return and assure it is in new/unused condition, we will ship the exchange item out. This will take longer, but you will not have two charges outstanding.  Note: Using the standard exchange method, Puetz Golf cannot guarantee exchange item will be in stock upon arrival due to unpredictable inventory levels. To improve likelihood that you'll receive the product you want, we recommend placing a new order for that item and sending back the unwanted product for a refund. Should you return your original purchase requesting an exchange and the product you want is out of stock, we will issue a refund for the amount of the original order.

With Exchange options, refunds for shipping charges from the initial purchase will not be made and Puetz Golf is not responsible for the return shipping and associated costs.

How to Return Product

The customer must contact puetzgolf.com or the Puetz Golf Superstore where they made their original purchase.

Using UPS, FedEx, or insured parcel post (to enable tracking) when returning product to the puetzgolf.com is highly recommended! Product may also be returned in person to any Puetz Golf retail store.

*If you choose to use our return shipping label service we will deduct a minimum** of $9.99 from your returned order.

**Some exclusions apply to the flat rate of $9.99, Heavy or oversized packages may incur additional shipping charges.

**Your order will not be found if you try to create a return label outside of 60 days from original purchase.  Please contact us for exceptions.

Refunds

Returns will be refunded for the amount paid for the product, including any sales tax if applicable. Refunds will be credited to the original form of payment. If you used a Gift Card or eGift Card, we will issue a new card. Please allow 30 days after we receive your return for the refund to be issued. You will receive an exchange or refund immediately when returning your purchase at any Puetz Golf Superstore retail location.

Damaged or Defective Items

If your order contains an item that appears to have been damaged during shipping or was defective out of the box, make sure to save the shipping carton and all original packaging, and Contact Us as soon as possible for assistance.

Items Missing from Package

Depending on the type of product ordered and the number of items ordered, some orders may ship in multiple packages and may arrive on different days. Please check your packing list to verify what was to be included in your package. Some products may not have been shipped yet and will ship in a separate package. If you do find items are missing from your package that should have been included, please Contact Us as soon as possible for assistance.

Warranty Claims

Warranty claims are subject to the discretion of the original product manufacturer. Warranty information is included with many manufacturers' products, or may be found on their respective web sites. Please contact Puetz Golf prior to returning any merchandise for warranty consideration.
