Need your clubs a specific length or lie? Need a different size in a particular shoe? Not finding the exact product you are looking for on our website? If you answered yes to any of these questions, rest assured - Puetz Golf can custom order almost all in-line products to fit your specific needs. As long as we carry the particular brand, we can order just about any golf products that manufacturer is offering. LOW PRICE GUARANTEE

Shop with confidence! If you should find an identical item advertised by an authorized retailer at a lower price, we will gladly match that price. Should any item you purchase from us be advertised at a lower price within 30 days, by Puetz or another authorized retailer, we will be happy to give you an in-store credit for the difference.  This credit can be used towards any merchandise.  Authorized Retailers include any company under contract with the specified retailer to sell their product.  (Some restrictions apply – please contact customer service at 1-866-362-2441 or customerservice@puetzgolf.com if you have any questions about price-matching).

The following exlusions apply to our Price Match Guarantee: The item must be priced at our cost plus 10%.  Internet third party fulfillers are not considered authorized retailers. Shipping and taxes from online retailers are considered into the price when price matching.  Price matching voids any other promotion that may be running on that product.

RETURN POLICY

We are the original golf discounter, serving the Puget Sound area for 63 years.  Quality merchandise and low prices have been our trademark.

Low Price Guarantee:  Shop with confidence.  If you should find an identical retailer at a lower price, we will gladly match that price.  Should any item you purchase from us be advertised at a lower price within 30 days, by Puetz or another local authorized retailer, we will give you an in store credit for the difference.  Some restrictions apply. 

Satisfaction Guarantee:  We promise to handle defective merchandise returns quickly usually with on the spot replacement.  If you become dissatisfied with any purchase within 30 days, we will credit the full resale value towards a replacement purchase.      

Many products sold by puetzgolf.com are under warranty with its' respective Manufacturer. Warranty information is often included with manufacturers’ products, or is found on the manufacturers website. If you experience any problems with an item under warranty, Puetz Golf will do its best to help you resolve the problem in a timely manner. SHIPPING POLICY

We currently ship via UPS within the continental United States, Hawaii and Alaska. Gift Certificates are shipped FREE of charge via US Postal Service

We offer FREE Ground Shipping via UPS Ground on Internet orders of $100 or more (not including tax) placed within the Continental US (this does not include Hawaii and Alaska). Some large and bulk items (certain golf carts, cart bags, quantities of Golf Balls and other heavy items) do not qualify for free shipping, but will receive discounted Ground shipping instead. To find out if a certain item falls into the bulk category, add it to your basket and follow the checkout steps until you get to the shipping page. This will tell you whether or not Ground shipping charges apply. 

Shipping time begins the day your item is shipped (once you receive the shipping confirmation email), not necessarily the day your order is placed. Items that are in stock typically ship the same day they are ordered. Items that must be special ordered from the manufacturer typically take 5-7 business days, depending on product availability. Inventory levels are not always 100% accurate, so product availability is not guaranteed until you receive a shipping confirmation email.

The following terms of use ("Agreement") govern your membership to and use of PuetzGolf.com ("PuetzGolf.com") as provided by the Puetz Golf Superstores. ("Service Provider"). Please read the terms contained in this Agreement carefully. You can access this Agreement at any time by clicking on "Policies" at the bottom of every page of PuetzGolf.com. If you cannot agree with these terms, please do not use PuetzGolf.com.
These terms may be modified from time to time; the date of the most recent revisions will appear on this page. Continued access of PuetzGolf.com by you will constitute your acceptance of any changes or revisions to the Agreement.
Your failure to follow these terms, whether listed below or posted at various points in PuetzGolf.com, may result in suspension or termination of your access to PuetzGolf.com, without notice, in addition to Service Provider's other remedies.

REGISTRATION AND ACCOUNT CREATION
You will be required to provide Service Provider with certain registration information. You agree and represent that all registration information provided by you is accurate and up-to-date. If any of your registration information changes, you must update it by visiting your My Account area.

USE OF PASSWORD
Your right to use PuetzGolf.com is personal to you - you may not authorize others to use PuetzGolf.com, and you are responsible for all use by you and those you allow to use PuetzGolf.com. You may not sub-license, transfer, sell or assign this Agreement to any third party without our written approval. Any attempt to do so will be null and void and shall be considered a material breach of this Agreement.
You will be solely responsible for maintaining the confidentiality of your password. You are solely responsible for all usage or activity on your account including, but not limited to, use of the account by any person who uses your subscriber ID and password.
If you have reason to believe that your account is no longer secure (for example, in the event of a loss, theft or unauthorized disclosure or use of your ID) you must promptly change your password and notify Service Provider of the problem.

USE OF PUETZGOLF.COM BY YOU
PuetzGolf.com is not intended for users under the age of 18 and Service Provider does not knowingly collect personally identifiable information from users under the age of 18. Such users are expressly prohibited from using PuetzGolf.com.
You agree not to use any obscene, indecent or offensive language or to place on PuetzGolf.com any material that is defamatory, abusive, harassing or hateful. Further, you may not place on PuetzGolf.com any material that is encrypted, constitutes junk mail or unauthorized advertising, invades anyone's privacy, or encourages conduct that would constitute a criminal offense, give rise to civil liability, or that otherwise violates any local, state, national or international law or regulation.
