TO REDEEM MAY PUETZ BUCKS ONLINE FOLLOW THESE STEPS:
- At the second page of the checkout, scroll down to
5 Your Payment
Information.
- Select "Yes" for your answer to "Are you using a PuetzGolf Issued Gift
Card?
- Enter in the six digit number in the upper right hand corner of the
Puetz Buck (under the denomination).
- Click the orange button that says "apply gift card".
- The amount is subtracted from your subtotal. We will include a
self addressed stamped envelope with your order so that you can return the
Puetz Bucks to us.
MAY PUETZ BUCKS REDEMPTION RULES
- May Puetz Bucks MUST be redeemed between May 14th and May
31st.
- May Puetz Bucks MUST be redeemed for merchandise.
They have no cash value and any unused part of a $5.00/$20.00 certificate
will be FORFEITED. (No cash back or return credit is issued).
- May Puetz Bucks CANNOT be used towards the purchase of the
following: Puetz Golf Club Dues and Tournament Fees, Gift Certificates/Gift
Cards, Lessons/Ladies Day & Night Clinics, Dew Sweepers Clinics, Junior
Days, Club Fitting/Launch Monitor, Range Balls/Punch Cards.
- May Puetz Bucks CANNOT be redeemed for cash or return
credit.
- Puetz Bucks CAN be used by someone other than the original
recipient.
